Perimenopause and Menopause Support
Ginette recognises perimenopause and menopause can bring to the surface unique life changes and challenges that quite often dismantles their lives in a multitude of unexpected, and at times unsettling ways.
She recognises each woman has a unique story, and she takes each person’s life stage, culture, family history, genetics, lifestyle, family dynamics and history into consideration in her counselling sessions.
Ginette has observed how menopause and perimenopause can be intertwined with other life circumstances such as childhood trauma, ongoing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, interpersonal, intrapersonal and relationship dynamics, chronic illness, chronic pain, metabolic syndrome such as PMOS, diabetes, weight and body image struggles among many other presentations.
She is committed to creating a safe caring and non-judgmental space for her clients to work though some of the challenges they are facing.
